The purpose of this Privacy Policy is to explain how we collect, process and protect the personal data that you as a User have provided to us through our website or blog (hereinafter Website) and freely decide whether you want us to process it.

3. Processing of personal data

The personal identification and contact data that you have provided us with, through our contact forms, e-mail, etc., will be treated confidentially and only by personnel authorised by our company.

All categories and types of personal data processed will be duly identified in the corresponding processing activities owned by our company.

In general, the purpose of the processing of personal data carried out by our company is to maintain the relationship with different groups of people, such as our customers, suppliers, our staff, job applicants, users of our website/blog or social networks and interested parties in general who contact our company by means of our web forms, e-mail, telephone or in person.

This processing is intended to comply with the maintenance of the existing relationship with each group of people. Depending on this relationship, the processing of your data obeys different purposes as it may be to respond to requests for information, complaints, claims and others that the interested parties proactively send us, also to comply with our contractual, commercial, legal obligations or to attend to the exercise of rights.

If you are a customer or supplier, your personal data will be processed for the sole purpose of maintaining the business, contractual or commercial relationship, either for the provision of services, for accounting and billing management, or other purposes to which we are obliged to comply with that relationship.

We do not send advertising without the prior consent of the interested parties, except to our customers with a current relationship and always about services or products related to those already provided or purchased.

If you are a potential customer or an information seeker, we will process your data exclusively to deal with your requests, including in our reply commercial information related to your request.

5. Legitimation

The processing of your personal data by our company is carried out on the following legitimate bases:

Your express, free, informed and unequivocal consent, since we inform you that after reading this privacy policy and if you agree, you can voluntarily authorise us to process your data by ticking the boxes provided for this purpose on our forms. In this regard, we inform you that you may change your mind at any time and withdraw your consent by writing to our postal address or by e-mail.
  • b. The fulfilment of the commercial or contractual relationship with you, in the event that you are a customer, supplier or member of our staff.
  • c. To comply with our legal obligations.

In the event that the user is under 14 years of age, it will be necessary to have the consent of the parents, guardians or legal representative, to process their data.

The user is solely responsible for the veracity of the data he/she sends us.

6. Retention of data

The personal data provided will be kept for the time necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they are collected, for the time required by law and for as long as it is necessary to determine possible liabilities arising from the processing mentioned in the purposes.

In the case of job applications, they will be kept for a maximum period of 1 year or until the data subject asks us to delete his or her data.

7. Profiling

We do not create profiles using your personal data, but if we do, we will inform you and ask for your prior permission to do so.

You also have the right to object to such processing at any time.

8. Transfer of data

As a general rule, our company does not transfer personal data to third parties, although there may be cases where this is necessary:

If you are a customer or supplier, your personal data may be transferred to third parties as a legal obligation (e.g. tax authorities), or in those cases and entities necessary to provide you with our services or pay invoices (e.g. banks).

In addition, your personal data as a customer or supplier may be processed by certain suppliers to whom we delegate some of our obligations (e.g. accountants). If you are a job applicant, your data may be transferred to other companies in our group, although we will request your authorisation to do so.

Rights of data subjects

Data subjects shall have the right of access to their personal data, as well as the right to rectify them if they are inaccurate, to delete them if they are no longer necessary or if processing is no longer desired, to limit them to certain processing, to have the possibility to receive their data easily and in structured formats commonly used by the controller, to have their data used for profiling purposes and to object to the processing at any time.

Activity Logging, Impact Assessment and Security Measures

We will keep a record of processing activities and analyse the purposes of processing, categories of data subjects and data, recipients, international transfers, retention periods, etc., in order to assess the risks of processing and implement the necessary security measures to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of personal data.

We have also analysed the need to draw up an Impact Assessment and appoint a Data Protection Delegate, establishing, if necessary, that the person appointed to this post has sufficient knowledge and experience in accordance with the provisions of the regulations in force.

We also have external consultants who monitor any publication made by the competent control bodies and other European and Spanish entities related to data protection regulations, in order to comply with these regulations at all times.

2. Presence on social networks

In compliance with articles 13 to 24.2 of the European Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 (RGPD) and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), the Data Controller informs users that it has created a profile on the following Social Networks (RRSS):

with the main purpose of advertising our services and contacting other users.

If you as a User have a profile on the same Social Network as our entity, you can freely join the page created by us, thus showing interest in the information we publish on that Network.

By joining, you offer us visibility of certain personal data provided publicly by you in your profile.

Only in the event that you join our page on the Social Networks listed above, your profile data will be processed by us only within the Social Network itself and will not be processed by us outside the Social Network without your prior consent.

As a user, you can access at any time to the privacy policies of the Social Network itself, as well as configure your profile to ensure the privacy of those data that you do not want to make public. You can also stop following us whenever you wish.

3. Publications

Once you have joined our page and if you deem it appropriate, you may publish comments, links, images, photographs or any other type of multimedia content supported by the Social Network, reminding you that, in all cases, you must be the owner of these, hold the copyright and intellectual property rights or have the consent of the third parties affected.

Any publication on the page, whether texts, graphics, photographs, videos, etc. related to minors, those that violate or are likely to violate the honour, morals, ethics, good taste, decorum and/or that infringe, violate or infringe intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image or any other that goes against the Law, is expressly prohibited. In these cases, our entity reserves the right to immediately remove the content, and may request the permanent blocking of the user.
